This web-site is intended to be a friendly, enjoyable and useful experience, but we strongly advise you to understand all of tthe terms before joining. This site is the exlusive property of Semkin Texas Longhorns and as such is a vehicle to list their current auctions. Those who register are registering for the right to bid on and purchase cattle and related items from Semkin Texas Longhorns. Registered Members are allowed only to bid on and buy items from Semkin Texas Longhorns, they may not sell items on this site. No Register Members may post items to sell only to bid on and buy items from Semkin Texas Longhorns.

Rights To Suspend or Terminate.
You agree that this web-site, in its own discretion, may terminate any auction or use of the service immediately and without notice if (a) We believe that you are not abiding by the general rules of this web-site (b) You have repeatedly broken a certain term (c) You have engaged in suspicious bidding (d) We believe you to be a non paying bidder. In most cases when we suspect foul play we will suspend your account/listing whilst we investigate further. If our investigation is conclusive then your account with us will be terminated.

Your Conduct.

Placing a bid or bids implies that you have read all the terms and condition of a sale and are in agreement with it. Do not bid if you do not intend to honor the agreement. A winning bid is conidered a legal contract/agreement to purchase and pay for the item won within the time specified by the auction. Refusing to pay can and will result in your account being suspended and legal action neccessary to recieve monies due. Should this event happen you will not only be responsible for the cost of item won but all costs involved in the process of recieving payment. You must not transmit through the service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material. You must also not transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law or regulation.

Membership.
Membership to this web-site is only available to those you can form a legally binding contract. This web-site does not permit minors (under
18) to register. If any member fails to signup with their correct age the account will be terminated immediately.

General Terms.
This site acts as the window for buyers to purchase longhorn cattle and other iems related to longhorn cattle. Once a purchase has been made buyers will need to contact Semkin Texas Longhorns to make arrangements either to board their cattle with Semkin Texas Longhorns or make arrangements to ship the cattle.

Laws.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of United States and the State of Oklahoma land and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of United States and Oklahoma.
